We'll start by looking at what you want your business to become and what you see when you look into the future.

By the end of the day, you’ll bring everything together into your 2027 strategic roadmap and focused Q1 plan, giving you clear direction for where to start and a roadmap you can bring back to your team to guide their focus throughout the year as it continues to evolve.

Day 2: Your Inner Sage

We’ll go through a deep process of uncovering and capturing the experiences, perspectives, patterns, instincts, values, and ways of thinking you’ve developed over decades, including the things you may know intuitively without ever having put words around why you know them.

Then we'll bring all of that together into Your Inner Sage, created in the AI tool of your choice and anchored in you to help you tap into your own accumulated wisdom and guidance on demand.

Day 3: Alchemize Mastermind

This is an additional day for you to go deeper into the specific opportunities, decisions, and strategic questions inside your business.

We’ll spend the entire day in a small group of 6 - 12 people, with each person receiving dedicated time focused exclusively on your business, where you'll be able to tap into my 30+ years of experience scaling businesses, along with the collective wisdom and experience of everyone else in the room.
