Start with the future you envision, then reimagine your business around it.
Day One begins by opening up to the possibilities you envision and giving yourself the space to explore them at a much higher and deeper level than you’re often able to.
We’ll look at what you want your business to become and what you see when you look into the future, however far out you can see.
You may have a vision that spans decades, or you may see the next few months in detail with glimpses of what exists beyond them.
We’ll also explore what you want your business to make possible for you personally, including how you want to spend your time, your financial and impact-related goals, and what you want to have space for outside of your business.
We'll then reimagine how you scale and move from abstract vision into concrete structure, getting clear on what needs to shift in your business to make this possible across your offers, systems, tools and tech, team, and more, spanning growth and operations.
By the end of the day, you’ll bring everything together into your 2027 strategic roadmap and focused Q1 plan, giving you clear direction for where to start and a roadmap you can bring back to your team to guide their focus throughout the year as it continues to evolve.
Day 02: Your Inner Sage
Tap into the wisdom within you’ve spent decades developing.
Most of the answers you are seeking are ones already within you and won't be found in another book, another course, or a generic AI chat feeding you homogenized information.
The answers come from reconnecting with your own inner knowing.
But as much as it would be great to have endless hours to journal on every question we have, we make thousands of decisions a day and need to move quickly. So what do most people do? Turn to AI.
